The usual survey is a snapshot: an engineer on site for an hour or two, one set of readings, one moment in the day. A site’s radio conditions are not a moment, they move with the hour, the day and the traffic on the network around them. A snapshot can send equipment to the wrong sites and skip the ones that needed it. The approach here uses ruggedised routers running Beacon, left in place to survey each site across a window the integrator sets, days, not hours, capturing how conditions actually behave over time rather than at a single visit.
