Every store open, every till working, and the proof it is.
A retail estate lives or dies on connectivity that just works: point of sale, payments, stock, guest WiFi. When a site drops you lose sales; when it is merely slow, no one can tell you why. XVOLV delivers the estate, watches whether it actually carries the applications that matter, and proves it did.
Deliver the estate. Prove it performs.
Deliver & operate
Connectivity delivered and operated across your whole estate, new-store openings to a date, migrations off legacy links, hardware provisioned and installed on-site, all under one accountable team, in every market you trade in.
See & prove
Beacon watches whether the cellular and WiFi actually carry the payment terminals, handhelds and customer apps — not just whether the link is up — so a failing site is caught before it costs a sale, and every SLA is backed by evidence, not assertion.
What a store can’t afford.
A dead till is lost trade
When payments or point-of-sale drop, the queue stops and the sale walks. Downtime in retail is measured in abandoned baskets, not support tickets.
Slow is invisible
A link that reads “up” while the card reader times out is the worst kind of fault, no one can see it, every customer feels it. You need to know the applications work, not just that the circuit is live.
Peak trade won’t wait
New openings, seasonal ramps and refits all land on a date. Connectivity has to be live and proven on that date, across every site, in every country you operate.
Where we’ve done this.
5,500 sites, through a pandemic
The situation. A global discount grocer needed connectivity delivered and equipment installed across its entire estate — thousands of stores, one deadline-driven programme — during COVID, as national borders were closing and moving engineers and hardware across them became the hardest problem in the industry.
What we did. XVOLV Connect ran the programme end to end, provisioning and configuring hardware before it shipped, handling logistics and warehousing across markets, and deploying on-site at every location, working country by country around border closures, coordinated from one operations centre rather than a patchwork of local subcontractors.
The outcome. 5,500 sites live and 23,000 pieces of equipment provisioned and installed, delivered as one coordinated rollout, through the exact conditions that stopped most suppliers.
