From circuit to working desk, every building, every market.
Whether it is flexible workspace, offices, factories or malls, a property portfolio needs connectivity delivered into every site and proof it performs, often across countries, each with its own carriers, rules and logistics.
Deliver the whole line. Prove the space performs.
Deliver & operate
The whole line, circuits, hardware and on-site installation into every building, coordinating directly with tenants and end-users to get them working. One contract and one team across every market in the portfolio.
See & prove
Proves performance across the estate, office WiFi, in-building cellular, the coverage a mall or campus promises its tenants and visitors, so the landlord can show the space performs, not just that it is connected.
What a portfolio can’t afford.
Tenants expect it to just work
Connectivity is now part of the lease. A building that under-delivers on WiFi or in-building coverage loses tenants to one that doesn’t.
Every market is different
A portfolio spans carriers, regulations and logistics that don’t travel across borders. Six markets shouldn’t mean six supplier relationships.
Prove the space performs
“It’s connected” no longer sells a space. Landlords increasingly have to show measured coverage and performance, building by building.
Where we’ve done this.
90 sites, six markets, through the line
The situation. A global flexible-workspace operator was opening locations across Latin America and needed connectivity into every site, six countries, each with its own carriers, regulations and logistics, and no appetite to manage six separate supplier relationships.
What we did. XVOLV Connect delivered the whole line, sourcing and installing the circuits in all six markets, supplying and configuring the equipment at each site, and coordinating directly with the operator’s own customers to schedule and complete the installations, one contract, one SLA, one team from circuit to working desk.
The outcome. 90 sites connected across six Latin American markets, equipment and installation included, delivered under a single operating model from access to end-user.
