01Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the non-exhaustive standards that apply when you use this website owned by Smart CIC Global Services SAS (trading as XVOLV), together with its operating companies (XVOLV Connect France SAS, XVOLV Connect Spain SL, XVOLV Connect UK Ltd, SCIC US Inc and Smart CIC Global Services Poland Sp. z o.o.), trading as XVOLV (“XVOLV”, “we”, “us”). This Policy has been developed to protect XVOLV, its customers and others from illegal and irresponsible activities. It should be read with our Terms of Use and may be amended from time to time, at our sole discretion, and will come into effect as soon as it is published.

03Suspension
We may withdraw or restrict access to the site, and take further action, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
