XVOLV (“XVOLV”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of its employees, contractors, customers and everyone affected by its work — including the field engineers who deliver and maintain connectivity on our customers’ sites worldwide.

02How we manage it

• assessing and managing risks associated with field and office work;
• providing information, training and supervision appropriate to each role;
• requiring contractors and partners to meet equivalent safety standards;
• complying with customer site safety rules;
• complying with applicable health-and-safety law in the countries where we operate;
• reviewing performance and learning from incidents;
• ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, including ensuring a proper work-life balance, in line with all applicable national and international legislation.

Overall responsibility for this policy sits with senior management, and everyone working for or with us is expected to uphold it.
