Human Rights, Modern Slavery & Diversity
Our statement on modern slavery and human trafficking, and our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
01Modern slavery and human trafficking
XVOLV (“XVOLV”, “we”, “us”) has a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking in its operations and its supply chain, and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships. We also recognise our responsibility to respect internationally recognised human rights and to ensure that our activities do not contribute to or cause adverse impacts on individuals or communities.
- we expect our suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent standards;
- we take steps to understand and reduce modern-slavery risk in our supply chain;
- we support our people in raising concerns without fear of retaliation;
- we expect suppliers to comply with all applicable employment, labour and human rights legislation and reserve the right to review or terminate relationships where serious breaches are identified.
This statement is made in support of the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the French Labour Code and applicable European and international anti-trafficking laws. We are committed to complying with all applicable legislation concerning forced labour.
02Diversity, equality and inclusion
XVOLV is committed to a working environment that is inclusive and free from discrimination, and which has equal opportunity regardless of age, disability, gender, gender identity, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
We aim to recruit, develop and treat people fairly on the basis of merit, and to foster a culture in which everyone can do their best work.
