Continual Innovation Driven by Collaboration

How it Started

xvolv was born from the need for accurate and precise wireless performance data that could support enterprise use cases. Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) or testing companies could not provide the intelligence that was needed to roll out and support Fixed Wireless Access. It simply didn’t exist.

We have always strived to find answers wherever they can add value in the wireless ecosystem. Based on this, we developed bespoke wireless testing technologies and began performance testing wireless networks locally across the globe. Thousands of data points turned into millions. This led to the need for artificial intelligence to help us to crunch the numbers and turn raw data into applied intelligence.

xvolv is continually exploring new ways to add value in the wireless ecosystem and answer the biggest questions in next-generation networks.

Maxim Nyansa Foundation
& Corporate Social Responsibility

In 2023, SmartCIC partnered with Maxim Nyansa Foundation, an African non-governmental organisation (NGO), to provide young people across Africa with IT training, hardware, and micro-financing.

We’re focused on enabling more African youth, in particular young women, to build careers and launch successful IT businesses in their local areas.

SmartCIC is supporting Maxim Nyansa with specialist boot camp courses, hardware donations to its training centres and schools, and lending to start or expand small businesses.

We’re supporting three-month long, residential networking boot camps to equip and prepare young graduates for the new local and international job market by giving them access to valuable and affordable training.

Supporting Women in IT and Tackling e-Waste

Supporting women in tech, building a diverse team and aligning with sustainable outcomes is at the core of our corporate culture.

IT companies across the globe are looking for better ways to disperse of e-waste to remain compliant with environmental objectives. We are donating used IT equipment to Maxim Nyansa for use in their training programs and requesting that our carrier partners contribute any unwanted hardware.
